Proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising tools is essential to run multichannel campaigns and acquire new customers through relevant keywords, interests and targeting options on both platforms. Data-driven optimization and testing of ads, landing pages and call-to-action copy will be important to continually improve conversion rates. Experience analyzing website and app usage patterns to identify intent and audience profiles is desirable to create a targeted lead generation strategy. Reporting on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, calls and qualified leads on a weekly basis will help measure campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully generating leads within budget using search and social ads. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Analytics and popular CRM tools is a plus.
