We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in a professional manner. - Introduce our services effectively and persuasively. - Schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes in our CRM system. - Follow up on leads and appointments as necessary.
Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. - Must be based in the Philippines.
