Description:
I am seeking a developer to build a responsive website for a new property management startup focused on short term rentals. The company operates in 6 US states- Michigan, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Texas. The site needs to detect a user's location based on their IP address and dynamically customize content like images, contact details and descriptions specific to their market. Site content such as property listings and availabilities also need to update automatically based on the user's detected location. Developers proficient with Webflow and geolocation APIs should apply with examples of similar location-specific sites developed within tight 2 week deadlines. Solid understanding of responsive design, database integration and dynamic content customization is required.
