Expected duration: More than 6 months We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to deliver exceptional technical assistance and support to customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting issues related to audiovisual equipment and systems, as well as installing and configuring both hardware and software. Collaboration with fellow IT professionals to resolve intricate problems is essential. Accurate documentation of all technical interactions and solutions is required. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills. A minimum of one year in a helpdesk role is preferred, with experience in audiovisual technology and familiarity with ticketing systems being advantageous.
