Collaboration with fellow IT professionals to resolve intricate problems is essential. Accurate documentation of all technical interactions and solutions is required. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills. A minimum of one year in a helpdesk role is preferred, with experience in audiovisual technology and familiarity with ticketing systems being advantageous.
