The data will be supplied in a Google Sheet and needs to be verified and entered into Mailchimp with complete accuracy. Project Overview: You will add new customer entries to an already‑established Mailchimp audience. Each record must be checked online first (as a quality safeguard) and then entered into Mailchimp with precise tagging. The work is simple but time‑intensive, and accuracy is critical, especially because we use a detailed segmentation system for targeted communication. Data to Be Entered Includes:
Company name Contact name (where available) Email address Postal address Contact number (some entries will include these, others will not) Tags (most important field)
Tagging Requirements: We operate a relatively intricate tagging system designed to ensure the right customers receive the right communications. You will be given full tag instructions. Tags must be added exactly as specified—precision is essential. What You’ll Receive:
