I have a complete HTML/CSS mockup for a new Shopify store homepage that I need implemented. All content, colours, layout, imagery, and copy are finalised — no design decisions needed, just build it. The site is on Shopify (Dawn-based theme). You can implement using either PageFly or custom Liquid sections — whichever you're most comfortable with.
