We’re recruiting a Remote B2B Sales Executive to manage the full sales journey for a growing AI solutions business.
This is a performance-based contractor role where you’ll handle both outbound prospecting and consultative closing.
You’ll be responsible for: -Making outbound calls to business decision makers -Booking structured AI Performance & Revenue Review Sessions -Conducting the review sessions yourself -Running a live AI voice demo -Closing implementation where appropriate
You will control the entire sales cycle. This is not a split setter/closer role.
Compensation -Fixed rate per connected outbound call -Commission for booked and completed review sessions -Fixed fee for sessions you conduct -£500 per closed deal -No earnings cap
Realistic earnings for consistent performers are £3,000+ per month, with strong performers exceeding £5,000. Ideal Candidate
You should have: -B2B outbound calling experience -Confidence speaking with business owners and directors -Experience in consultative or SaaS-style sales -Comfort working in a performance-based contractor structure -Professional communication skills
