We are seeking to appoint a CGI contractor to complete camera-matched visualisations for this project.
The previous contractor was unable to deliver accurate camera matching, therefore we are purchasing the existing 3D model and re-briefing the CGI work.
Scope of work:
Production of 3 camera-matched views.
We will provide:
-The approved building model (SketchUp format). -3 x site photographs to be used for camera matching.
Camera-matching requirements:
For this project, camera-matched views are to be produced by:
-Placing the approved 3D model into the supplied site photographs. -Accurately matching camera position, lens, scale and perspective to each original photograph. -Match as close as possible the colour of the existing building's brickwork. -Retaining the surrounding context from the photographs themselves. -Integrating the proposed building so that it reads as part of the real street scene, rather than as a standalone CGI background. -Up to 3 rounds of edits within reason but we hope this won't be required.
Programme:
Final CGI outputs and edits are required within 3–5 working days from receipt of all information.
Approvals:
All CGI work will be reviewed and signed off by the project architect.
