The project includes: * A 600mm sunken garden * Earth berm for wind and privacy * Timber yoga deck * Orchard / meadow area * Layered planting zones * Wide limestone garden steps I am not looking for concept design or styling.
I need: * A scaled 2D masterplan (to scale, dimensioned) * 1–2 section drawings showing existing and proposed levels * Berm footprint and crest line clearly shown * Sunken garden depth and finished floor levels * Basic planting zones indicated * Sightlines from hut level to the sunken garden * Must show existing vs proposed levels clearly in section. Applicant must be experiences in * Site grading * Section drawings * Existing vs proposed levels * Landform modelling (even simple)
These drawings are required for a landscaper to price and build from.
I will provide: * Site photos * Rough measurements * Written concept * Approximate dimensions Experience with rural gardens, level changes, and drainage is important. Please provide examples of previous technical garden plans (not just mood boards or 3D renders).
