I need a design for a children's room. Attached, you will find a rough floorplan. The room is 425x280cm. Ceiling height is 235cm. It has 1x door and 1x window. These can be seen in the rough outline image attached.
The design should include a custom made bed, that is elevated. Ideally, there would be space for : * 2x beds (90x190 or 90x200cm) * a slide * a rope net (either horizontal to bridge the two beds, or vertical as a safety feature) * stairs over a ladder (with storage under the steps) * a reading corner where a parent can sit and read to the child * wardrobe for clothes * book storage space * toy storage spae * play space
I attach some pictures of beds that we like as inspiration. A jungle or space theme would be good.
Deliverables: * floor plan * renders of what it would look like from inside * detailed renders of custom furniture * BONUS: build instructions for the custom bed (not necessary, but if you can make these, please price them separately)
EDIT: I'm getting a few questions around what will make a successful candidate. I'm after someone who has experience in multi-layer room layouts. I.e. not just a normal bed, but a bed with space underneath, and a wardrobe built in with a slide.
