1. I need to set up time tracking for hours/minutes allocated to client records. The purpose is to enable me to be able to calculate how many hours have been allocated to a client file to enable accurate billing. Also to enable me to calculate my staff hours input so that i can pay staff correctly. I have already spoken with monday support and its quite simple to do using formulas etc but i suffer with dyslexia so formulas i struggle with.
I need a simple system set up (i have already added the columns) so that this can be achieved. I will need to be able to easily review the information and export data at the end of each month for client billing and staff payments.
Monday technical have provided me a video i can share with you which simply explains how to do it if needed. However I would hope you wont need it.
2. I also require a simple charge/cost system set up so i can allocate charges to client files so that when the case is complete I know what charges to apply
