I require a simple 2D walking, talking, animated character.
I require it for an explainer video, which I am putting together.
I already have the background scenes to use (see attached examples). Also attached is an example of the character I want, and I need the animated 2D character to stand and talk... or walk & talk in front of my scenes. The character ideally needs to overlay my background scenes.
