The focus of this engagement is not to redesign the template, but to enhance, enrich, and articulate the content within it, ensuring the presentation feels polished, engaging, and aligned to executive‑level expectations. A key requirement of the presentation is the inclusion of a Gantt chart on the opening slide, which will act as a clear visual roadmap for the project. This Gantt chart should:
