Outbound business calls in German (customers, partners, suppliers, follow-ups) Inbound calls when required (customer service, orders, delivery status) Professional, friendly & confident phone presence Light admin (data entry, CRM updates, scheduling, email follow-up) Brief call outcome notes to team
Requirements
Very good to native German – clear, pleasant, professional phone voice Experience with business calls (outbound/inbound, B2C/B2B) Highly reliable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented Quiet workspace + good headset + stable internet Availability in CET time zone, 5–20 hrs/week (flexible)
Nice-to-have
E-commerce, customer service or sales call experience Familiarity with Swiss business etiquette Confident with Google Sheets, email & basic CRM
