We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Remote Assistant to support our projects and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the tech and digital services industry — no advanced experience required!
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients and internal team members to coordinate tasks and updates. - Help manage project timelines, documentation, and basic administrative duties. - Participate in online training to learn our agency's tools and workflow. - Provide basic tech or operational support (we’ll train you if needed). - Assist our developers and project managers with day-to-day tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus). - Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. - Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones in the Americas (US / LATAM / Canada). - Tech skills are a plus but not required — we provide full training!
