Primary Objective Secure confirmed viewing dates for identified rental properties so we can introduce matched, pre-vetted families.
Secondary Objective Open conversations that can lead to ongoing partnerships with estate agents and lettings teams.
What You Will Be Doing • Make outbound business development calls to estate agents and lettings teams • Speak with the correct decision-makers (Branch Managers, Lettings Managers, Regional Lettings Managers) • Reference specific properties during calls (full property details will be provided) • Briefly explain who we are and why we are calling • Progress conversations towards booking property viewings and, where appropriate, partnership discussions
