I have used the US version of quickbooks for some years and I only us it for invoicing. I set it up the best way I could when I started but I do not this its works well and I'd like my experience of it improved.
I do not need an accountant or any tax preparation
I have 1482 contacts but I think some are duplicated and I need the duplicates removed
I find it difficult to know who owes what
I'd like to be able to charge card I hold on file automatically at the end of the month
I'd like "product" fees to be customer specfic ie different prices for the same service to different customers
I'd like Payment due Terms to be customer specific
I'd like to know when a client's account is overdue when I create a new invoice for them
I'd like the invoices and auto payment reminder emails improving with new layouts and logos
I'd like payment reminders to be customer specific - ie some clients are hastled for payments and some not
I'd like my Quickbooks dashbaord layout improved
I'd like weekly and monthly reports showing what the sales are and who owes what
