We are looking for an experienced backend developer to build a Social & Digital Profiling Intelligence System.
The system will generate a digital identity, breach exposure, and risk intelligence report for an individual using: Name Phone number Email ID (optional)
The platform is intended for fraud risk analysis, KYC enrichment, onboarding screening, and trust & safety intelligence.
This is a single, complete backend development project.
Scope of Work Backend & API Development
API-driven backend service Input validation & phone number normalization (E.164 format) Asynchronous / queue-based job execution Secure, encrypted data pipeline Platform Presence Detection
Detect and classify user presence as: Registered Not Registered Unknown / Unable to Fetch
Across categories including: Social media Messaging platforms E-commerce Fintech & banking Job portals Government & utility platforms
Each connector must: Operate independently Fail gracefully without affecting the system Return normalized JSON Log execution metadata Support retries and timeouts Breach & Data Exposure Analysis Identify public breach exposure Capture breach platform, date, and leaked attributes Assess breach severity and recency Feed breach indicators into risk logic Intelligence & Risk Scoring
Global Risk Rating: SAFE / MODERATE / RISKY Digital Identity Strength Index (0–100) Identity maturity & footprint depth indicators Anomaly detection (thin identity, high breach exposure, etc.) Explainable scoring outputs ⚠️ No prediction of guilt, liability, or financial balances.
Technical Skills Required: Python or Node.js REST API development Async / worker-based architectures Secure database design PDF generation Modular, maintainable code
Security & Compliance Public / permitted data sources only No credential storage Encrypted sensitive data handling Authenticated API access Audit-friendly logging This project is strictly for KYC and fraud-risk use cases.
