We want calm, consistent work every week. No hype and no huge reports. Just structured optimisation and clear updates.
Budget / rate: $25 to $60 per hour depending on experience Hours: start 5 to 10 hrs/week, scale to 15 to 25 hrs/week if it works Ad spend: starting around $2,000 to $3,000/month and scaling with results
What you will manage:
Search campaigns and Shopping (Performance Max if it makes sense)
keyword and search terms hygiene (negatives, query cleanup)
product feed basics (if needed)
conversion tracking checks (basic)
short weekly update: what was changed and what we test next
