Job Description I am looking for an experienced UK-based IP or trademark paralegal, junior solicitor, or legally trained freelancer to carry out a basic review of a draft defence document I have already prepared. This is not drafting from scratch and not strategic litigation advice. The task is a sense check, clarity check, and risk flagging exercise only, similar to what a solicitor would do in a first-pass review.
Scope of Work You will be asked to: Review an already written draft defence document Check for: Obvious legal errors or contradictions Clarity and logical flow Tone suitability for UK courts Any clearly missing points that should be flagged Add comments only, either inline or as a separate note Do not rewrite or amend the document unless explicitly asked Highlight risks or weaknesses clearly and concisely
