Overview I’m looking for an experienced email marketing analyst (Klaviyo) to analyse the performance of our 2025 email campaigns and present the data in a clear, structured way. I don’t have the time to do a deep dive myself, so I need someone who can both extract and interpret the data properly.
Scope of work
Klaviyo data analysis
Review all email campaigns sent in 2025
Extract key performance metrics per campaign
Excel reporting
Create a clean, well-structured Excel table showing campaign-level metrics
Metrics should include (but not be limited to):
Campaign name
Send date
Audience / segment
Emails sent
Open rate
Click rate
Conversion rate
Revenue generated
Unsubscribes
Bounce rate
Any other relevant Klaviyo metrics
Data should be easy to read, filter, and sort
Excel template with formulas (for future use)
Build a reusable Excel template with formulas already set up
I should be able to paste new campaign data in the future and automatically:
calculate performance metrics
compare campaigns
identify top and underperforming emails
Data interpretation & insights
Provide a written summary interpreting the results, including:
Best-performing campaigns and why
Underperforming campaigns and possible reasons
Patterns or trends across 2025
Clear, actionable recommendations for future campaigns
Deliverables
Excel file with:
Full 2025 campaign performance table
Reusable reporting template with formulas
Short written analysis / insights document (or notes within Excel)
Requirements
Strong experience with Klaviyo
Confident with Excel formulas and data analysis
Able to explain insights clearly (not just dump numbers)
