We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to support the build and integration of a membership-based platform using BuddyBoss and Paid Memberships Pro, with monetisation powered by WooCommerce.
The project involves creating a system where registered creators can publish gated content, and users can access that content through paid memberships and/or WooCommerce-based purchases. The platform must be scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices for performance and user experience.
Key responsibilities include configuring and integrating BuddyBoss with Paid Memberships Pro, setting up WooCommerce to monetise creator content, and ensuring smooth interaction between all three systems. You will also be responsible for implementing an age verification solution suitable for regulated or adult-restricted content, ensuring compliance while maintaining a seamless user journey.
In addition, we require assistance integrating an OTP (one-time password) system via API for secure user verification. Experience working with third-party APIs and authentication flows within WordPress is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience with WordPress, BuddyBoss, Paid Memberships Pro, and WooCommerce
Is comfortable with custom integrations, hooks, and filters
Has experience implementing age verification solutions
Has previously worked with OTP or authentication APIs
Can communicate clearly and document their work where needed
This is an active project with ongoing development potential, so we are ideally looking for someone who can collaborate long-term after the initial implementation.
