Requirements:
Draw a site plan of the compound with overall boundary dimensions.
Design a 2x 2-floor apartment block, consisting of: 1 x 2-bedroom apartment per floor 1 x 3-bedroom apartment per floor
Each apartment should include: Lounge / Living area with access to a balcony
Outdoor features: Courtyard space in the middle of the compound Outdoor lounge area integrated into the layout Parking Entry & Exit Drive through
The design does not need to be construction-ready; it’s for concept and planning purposes only. Local building style and practical considerations for Ghana are a plus.
