I need a UK statutory declaration witnessed for submission to the Traffic Enforcement Centre (TEC) relating to a TfL road user charging penalty (Blackwall / Silvertown tunnel).
The declaration is already drafted on form PE3. I am not asking for legal advice or document drafting, only witnessing of my signature.
This must be done remotely via a live video call (not in person).
