JOB DESCRIPTION: ───────────────────────────────────────── About the Project I'm launching the Scottish Cheese Academy – the first dedicated professional education programme for Scottish artisan cheese. As a judge at the World Cheese Awards, I'm building a comprehensive curriculum covering everything from foundation certificates to specialist qualifications and tourist experiences. I'm looking for a skilled instructional designer or course developer to collaborate on a pilot project. This is a chance for us both to test working fit before committing to the full curriculum development. Pilot Project Options (choose one or more): Option A: "Focus on Flavour" Mini-Module – 2-3 hour self-paced online module exploring how raw materials, production, and maturation affect cheese flavour. Includes 20-question quiz and downloadable toolkit. Budget: £600–£1,200 Option B: "Scottish Cheese Heritage" Foundation Module – 1-2 hour module covering the history and regional diversity of Scottish cheesemaking. Needs both online and in-person versions. Budget: £500–£1,000 Option C: "Heritage Cheese Discovery" Tourist Experience Script – 2.5 hour facilitated tasting experience for tourists. Requires storytelling approach and facilitator script.
