About Us
Luxsy Wins is a UK-based giveaway and competition platform with over £14,500 paid out in prizes to date. We have a growing community, a strong portfolio of real winners, and an active Facebook-led audience. We’re now scaling our affiliate network and are looking for someone who can bring in influencers and community pages that drive real volume.
The Role
We’re looking for an outreach specialist who can recruit and onboard influencers and affiliates into our existing system and help activate them quickly.
This role suits someone with existing relationships or proven experience working with UK influencers, creators, or Facebook community pages.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard influencers and affiliates into our 20% commission structure • Manage and motivate affiliates to hit performance milestones • Focus on Facebook first, with Instagram and TikTok used to funnel traffic into our Facebook group and website • Work closely with creators and community admins to drive immediate results
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with influencer, affiliate, or community outreach • Existing relationships with UK influencers or Facebook page/group admins is highly desirable • Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset • Experience in the UK raffle or competition sector is a strong advantage
Your Rewards
• Fixed project fee for your time and management • £100 headhunter bonus paid to you for every influencer you onboard who reaches 50 unique referrals • Additional performance bonuses available based on overall results • Opportunity to move into ongoing work if performance is strong
Influencer Incentives (What You’ll Be Promoting)
• 20% commission on all tracked referrals • £50 milestone bonus paid to the influencer for every 50 unique users who use their code • Gifted site credit available for select influencers in exchange for content and engagement
