We have a real estate website that uses Elementor for page design and Estatik for syncing listings with our local MLS. Currently, estatik is bringing all the listings into the website (Sold, Contingent, Expired, Active, etc.) but we only want to sync in Active listings. All listings should sync into the backend of the site in "Draft" status and a plugin we developed should send us a daily digest email of new listings that need to be reviewed and moved to "Publish" status. One a listing status changes to Sold or Expired or Cancelled or Pending, we want Estatik to update the post to "Draft" status to take it off the website. Currently, these filters are happening via a shortcode on the front end of the website but we'd like it to happen on the backend to minimize the unnecessary stuff being imported to the site and also streamlining our ability to reconcile the listings on the site.
