What you’ll be doing: - Reply to incoming customer emails in a friendly, professional tone - Answer questions about products, orders, basic issues, and general enquiries - Turn unclear or emotional messages into calm, structured conversations - Spot urgent emails and flag or summarise them for me to review - Keep simple records of common questions, so we can improve over time
I am looking for: - Strong written English and very good email etiquette - Experience in email-based customer support or a similar role - Patient, polite, and solution-focused communication style - Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your own time - Reliability and good response times during your stated working hours
