About the Book: "Skating Up Hill" explores how to find stability and contentment amid constant change and uncertainty. Rather than offering rigid prescriptions, it presents a conversational framework grounded in unchanging fundamentals: human connection, energy, space, and love. The central message is paradoxical: stop struggling against life's currents and learn to flow with them instead.
