Project Goal Create a polished visual presentation of our product dashboards based on existing PPTX content. The final deliverables include: Recreated dashboards in Figma A 5–6 minute product explainer video using the Figma screens Future-ready structure so these dashboards can later be connected to a cloud-hosted demo UI

3. Required Deliverables A. Figma Dashboards The designer must: Rebuild all PPTX dashboards as clean, professional Figma frames Use a consistent, modern, minimal design system Prepare components (cards, charts, tiles) for modularity Support light animation or transitions (optional but preferred) Ensure the Figma file is: Organized Layer-named correctly Ready for future handoff to developers Expected Output: 8–15 dashboard screens (depends on the PPTX content) A top-level master Figma page with all reusable UI components B. Explainer Video (5–6 minutes) Using the created Figma dashboards, produce: A narrated or text-driven walkthrough video Duration: 5–6 minutes (max) Video structure: Intro (product purpose) Dashboard overview Key insights Analytic outputs (based on backend) Summary / next steps Include: Smooth transitions Simple zoom-ins Highlighting key areas Optional background music Optional voice-over (or text slides if no voice-over) Expected Output: 1 MP4 video (1080p) Assets folder with exported dashboard images
