We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a custom, reusable Elementor theme for our group of schools. As we open new sites, we want to be able to import the theme and quickly update the colour palette, logo, branding, standard content and images.
This project requires high attention to detail, strong technical ability, and the ability to match supplied UI designs exactly as provided.
Project Requirements • Build a fully responsive custom WordPress theme • Must be developed to work seamlessly with Elementor • Designs will be provided via Zeplin (including code snippets) — the final build must closely match the designs • Clean, scalable theme architecture that allows easy reuse for new schools • Professional, well-documented code • Strong focus on quality, safety, accessibility and brand consistency
Page Templates Required • Home Page (including latest news feed integration) • About Us • Information for Students • Information for Parents • Information for Local Authorities • Admissions • Curriculum Policies • Get in Touch page with a working contact form (submissions to email)
What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in WordPress theme development • Strong Elementor knowledge (preferably Elementor theme development) • Ability to deliver pixel-perfect builds from Zeplin designs • Excellent CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript skills • Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines • Only apply if you are confident working to a high professional standard
