I am seeking a freelance UK based quantity surveyor with experience of low density (detached/semi/townhouse) volume type housing for schemes of more than 10 homes and associated infrastructure.
The work will only involve preparing a bill/ schedule of quantities, It will not involve pricing. If you dont fulfil the mandatory requirements below your bid will be deleted and you will be assumed not to have the right experience so dont wast time bidding if you dont comply.
Mandatory requirements: UK based Either training to be or currently a RICS member. If you are training please explain/ evicence what stage you are at and the experience you have in this type of construction.
If your profile suggests any of the following regardless of your bid i will assume you dont have the right experience: 1) you will rely on or substantially use AI 2) You main profession is not of a QS- eg you are a web designer or graphic visualiser or non QS profession
