Framing, electrical, mechanical, and accessibility details
Elevations, sections, and 3D views
Compliance with International Building Codes and 2022 California Green Building Standards
The client has now requested modifications to the structural system:
Remove interior stud framing and expose the container wall
Add external reinforcement with welded angle iron cross bars
Apply thick insulation and exterior corrugated metal cladding
Provide a site plan including septic system layout and road access
