Looking for two design partner/ assistant/ teacher to do Branding + Layout + UX/UI Team for 3 Brands along with me in (Illustrator / InDesign / Figma)
Project Overview I’m looking to build a small design team (minimum 2 designers) to help me deliver a comprehensive branding project for three different businesses.
The project includes: Brand identity design & brand assets (for 3 brands) Production-ready files in Illustrator / InDesign UX/UI page templates in Figma once branding is approved
I’ll be actively involved in the process and want to work step-by-step with you, learning as we go. This is a great fit for designers who are strong collaborators and comfortable explaining their process.
Roles I Want to Fill You can apply for one or more of these roles. I’m open to hiring: Brand Identity & Illustration Designer (Adobe Illustrator) Layout & File-Prep Specialist (InDesign / print + digital) UX/UI Designer (Figma templates based on the final brand)
If you can cover more than one of these areas, please say so clearly in your proposal.
Scope of Work (for all 3 brands) For each brand, I expect: 1. Brand Identity & Visual System 2–3 initial logo concept vector files, with refinement to 1 final route Final logo pack: full colour, mono, and inverted versions Colour palette (primary & secondary) + usage notes Typography system (fonts for headings, body, accents) 1–2 key visual styles or graphic elements (patterns, icons, shapes, etc.) A mini style guide (InDesign) summarising the core brand rules
2. Brand Assets & InDesign/Illustrator Files Branded social media post templates (e.g. 3–5 per brand) 1 x A4 or US Letter document template (flyer, brochure or info sheet – we’ll define together per brand) Email Signatures Team Profile Images and banners for all Social pages
Clean, organised source files in Illustrator / InDesign, with: Properly labelled layers Paragraph/character styles where relevant Linked images neatly organised
3. UX/UI Design – Figma Templates Once the branding is approved for each brand, I will need basic UX/UI templates in Figma: 1 x Homepage (desktop + mobile) 1–2 x internal page templates (e.g. About, Services, or Contact) 2 more pages as per the business needs (discussed once we are there)
Use of the brand colours, typography and key visuals Clear auto-layout / components where possible so it’s easy to reuse Proper naming of pages, frames, and components
Timeline & Milestones My target deadline is 10 days for the full project, so I’d like to set it up as three milestones, one per brand:
Milestone 1 – Brand A Brand identity concepts → refinements → final logo & core assets InDesign/Illustrator templates delivered Figma UX/UI templates for this brand
Milestone 2 – Brand B Same structure as above
Milestone 3 – Brand C Same structure as above
Please tell me realistically how you’d structure your time within that 10 day window if you’re working alone or as part of a team.
Collaboration & Teaching A key part of this project is learning by doing together.
I’d like you to: Explain your file setup, naming conventions, and layout logic Show me how to efficiently update templates in InDesign / Illustrator / Figma Share practical tips and best practices, not just send final files
Bonus: If, during the process, you are able to teach me clearly and patiently (screen shares, Loom videos, or step-by-step notes), I will add an extra £45 on top of your agreed project fee.
