Short Description (for the job listing): I need a technician with experience in Roland / DGSHAPE DE-3 or EGX engravers to remote into my Windows PC and fix a controller lock issue. After a full system crash and reinstall, the DE-3 accepts “Data Received” but will not execute Start or Set Z-Origin. This requires a controller logic reset using DGSHAPE service tools, not mechanical work.
Time required: 10–20 minutes. Remote access available (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
