We’re looking for a new team member to join our Guest Communications Team! This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on the phone, writes excellent English, and has solid experience handling guest or customer enquiries.
About the Role
You’ll be working from home, covering guest communication shifts for holiday-let properties. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering guest calls
Responding to messages across booking platforms
Handling basic problem-solving and providing clear instructions to guests
Keeping notes and following internal processes
Communicating with cleaners or contractors when needed
What We’re Looking For
Must live in the UK
English as a first language (clear communication is essential)
Previous experience required, ideally in guest communications, customer service, hospitality, or serviced accommodation
Confident, calm, and able to think on your feet
Reliable and able to work set shifts without distraction
Comfortable working remotely
