Then when Mr. or Mrs. Logs in, they must be able (administrator also of course) to write messages f.i. - 1/12/2024 donkey was vaccinated - 15/03/2025 donkey is ill - 18/03/2025 donkey looses teeth Etc.. And also the possibility to always add photo/movie in each message. Of course everything with a nice lay-out.
