We’re a well-established telecoms and IT firm seeking a qualified civil litigation solicitor to represent us at a County Court hearing in Stafford on Friday, 5 December 2025 at 10:30am.
The case stems from a contract dispute where a default counterclaim judgment was entered following procedural filing errors on our side. We’ve since filed an application to set aside the judgment and stay enforcement. All documentation, witness statements, and supporting papers are complete and ready to review. Our objective is to allow us to have the opportunity to defend this and also continue with our initial claim if possible.
You will need to review the existing N244 application, attend the 30-minute hearing (in person or remotely if permitted), present concise submissions in support of the set-aside, and provide short written confirmation of the outcome.
We’re looking for someone with County Court and small business dispute experience who can handle this straightforward procedural matter efficiently.
