I'm looking for a detail-oriented design & content specialist to prepare and polish assets from an existing Figma design and an accompanying Google Doc. This is not a development or full-stack role - the work is focused on content, design polishing, and asset preparation.
1. What you'll do - Review the provided Figma file and supporting Google Doc (these will be shared with the selected freelancer). - Edit and improve on-page copy for clarity, tone, and consistency. - Create a short content/style guide (headings, button text, tone, and microcopy). - Prepare and export design assets (icons, images, SVGs/PNGs) at required sizes. - Annotate the Figma file with content notes and final text replacements. - Provide a packaged deliverable: updated Google Doc (final copy), exported assets folder, and a 1-page style guide.
2. Skills & experience - Strong experience with Figma (editing, annotating, exporting assets). - Excellent copywriting and editorial skills - attention to grammar, concision, and tone. - Familiarity with basic design asset formats (SVG, PNG, JPG) and export sizes. - Good communication and ability to follow design direction. - Portfolio or links showing similar design/content work (please include links in your proposal).
3. Deliverables - Finalized Google Doc with edited copy. - Annotated Figma pages reflecting final text and notes. - Exported asset folder (organized and named). - 1-page content/style guide (PDF or Google Doc).
4. Timeline & Budget - Target timeframe: 5–10 business days (flexible - include your estimated turnaround). - Budget: please propose your rate or a fixed price for the full scope.
5. How to apply - A short summary of relevant experience working with Figma and content editing. - Links to 1–3 portfolio examples (no attachments). - Your proposed rate and estimated turnaround.
I will share the Figma file and Google Doc with the freelancer I select.
