I am getting into a partnership with a client who is offering an equity in their business for a CRM system I am developing. They have sent me four contracts to review and sign. I need some help in reviewing, rewirtting and negotiating with client on some clauses. This means you will need to be on couple of calls or in email exchange directly with clients lawyer.
Contracts were written long back and have been reviewed a few times by my previous lawyer but unfortunately, he is off sick for a long now and cannot work on it any longer. I understand the risk (most of them) but want these to be water tight and re negotiated with the client.
I work as an individual with limited budget so it will not work for a large law firm.
