Polish via Lex, auto-design with Canva API, store outputs in Drive, update Notion, and alert reviewer. 3️⃣ Repurpose & Schedule Engine Convert approved drafts into platform-specific posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, WhatsApp). Schedule automatically with Metricool. Pull analytics weekly and feed results back into Notion to spark new ideas. 4️⃣ Video Add-On Extend workflow using HeyGen + ElevenLabs to produce short AI videos and thumbnails automatically.
