We’re looking for a reliable freelancer to help manage our FedEx shipments on an ongoing basis. Tasks include preparing FedEx shipping labels, tracking deliveries, following up on delays, and liaising directly with FedEx about customs or clearance issues.
You should have hands-on experience using FedEx online tools, a good understanding of international customs paperwork, and strong attention to detail. Flexible hours — usually 5–10 per week.
