I am looking for a UK-based qualified auditor (ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent) to audit the financial statements of my company for the last 4 financial years.
Key details:
1. The company has no revenue during these years.
2. There are only expense transactions (mainly administrative and setup costs).
The purpose of the audit is to obtain signed audit reports for each of the four years, compliant with UK accounting and audit standards.
I will provide all supporting documents, including bank statements, invoices, and bookkeeping records (in Excel or accounting software format).
Requirements:
1. Auditor must be UK-based (non-UK proposals will not be considered). 2. Must be registered and authorised to sign audit reports in the UK. 3. Experience working with small or dormant companies preferred.
Please indicate your estimated timeline and fee quote per year or total for 4 years.
Deliverables:
1. Signed audit report for each of the 4 financial years. 2. Confirmation of compliance with UK audit regulations.
Optional: brief management letter if required by the auditor.

1. Qualifications and registration status in the UK.

3. Cost-effectiveness and ability to deliver within timelines.
