Summary I run a boutique management consulting business that works with private equity and asset-backed firms. I am switching my primary marketing channel to use cold email outreach as a primary route to initiate conversations with CEOs, MDs, and senior management teams.
I want to ensure the system is technically sound, reaches the primary inbox, maintains domain health, and provides a solid foundation for scaled outreach.
Although this is a one-off setup project to build a robust, professional cold email engine that I can then operate and maintain internally, I am open to an ongoing consultancy relationship if all goes well and I can see positive results.
Scope of Work
The project includes:
Auditing my current setup (domain configuration, sending platform, and performance metrics).
If appropriate, create and authenticate one or more outreach subdomains.
Configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly.
Setting up and documenting a domain warm-up process (e.g. Folderly, WarmupInbox).
Running inbox placement diagnostics (e.g. GlockApps) and providing before/after data.
Configuring and testing a cold email sending tool (Instantly, HeyReach, or SmartLead) with sensible sending limits and rotation.
Integrating validated data (Apollo + ZeroBounce).
Producing a simple operating guide so my assistant can run campaigns confidently.
Deliverables
A fully deliverability-optimised outbound system.
Inbox placement report and diagnostic summary.
One-page SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) describing how to maintain and scale the system.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience improving inbox placement and domain reputation for B2B campaigns.
Strong technical understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS configuration.
Practical experience with tools such as GlockApps, Folderly, Instantly, or Heyreach.
Evidence of before-and-after results from previous projects.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
