What We Need Creation and scheduling of 10 posts per week (mix of graphics, captions, reels, and short videos) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Competent use of AI social media tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, OpusClip, Lumen5, etc.) to produce significantly more high-quality content Consistent, brand-aligned messaging that reflects professionalism, trust, and expertise A regular posting schedule and content calendar for approval each week Captions, visuals, and hashtags that drive engagement while maintaining a business-appropriate tone What We’re Looking For Proven experience producing high-volume, high-quality social content for service or trade businesses (security, construction, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Strong evidence of your work — links to live pages, content examples, or a visual portfolio Excellent written English and understanding of UK audiences Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver consistently without constant supervision Confidence in using AI tools to increase both content quantity and quality :warning: Applications without evidence of previous high-volume, high-quality work will not be considered.
