All design work and planning submissions were previously completed by our former architect, and the building works have already been carried out. The existing plans are therefore up to date, and only minor amendments are required for resubmission.
Please find a summary of the changes below:
The landing on the first floor has been removed in accordance with the original drawings,
The staircase remains in the same position as the original, with only a change in orientation,
Bedroom 2 is the same size as per the original drawings, with only the entrance slightly adjusted,
Bedroom 3 has had the flooring and two walls removed, and is now a void,
Bedroom 4 is no longer a bedroom and has been converted into an open-plan office,
Bedroom 5 now includes an en-suite, with the wall realigned in line with the built-in wardrobe wall, and
The windows and doors remain the same sizes as per the previous proposed submission. The front elevation window in Bedroom 2 will remain as existing, while the enlarged front window previously proposed has been installed in the sitting room.
As these are limited updates, we would appreciate it if you could provide a quotation for preparing the revised drawings and handling the necessary submissions to Building Control and the local council.
