Tiara Haven is a luxury scented candle and home fragrance brand. We are looking for a results-driven social media ads specialist (or small agency) with proven success advertising fragrance / candle / home-decor products.
Our goal is simple: increase targeted Instagram growth and drive real, trackable sales through Meta Ads.
Project Goals (3-Month Period) 1) Increase Instagram followers from 527 → 2,000 2) Drive 20–30 orders per month (currently 1–5 with no ads) 3) Achieve profitable sales with a minimum ROAS target of 2+ by end of Month 2
Scope of Work Meta ads campaigns (Instagram primary and Facebook) Full setup + management of: Pixel / Conversions API Product catalog Prospecting & retargeting campaigns Weekly optimization + testing of audiences & creatives 3–5 new creatives per month (can collaborate on content) Monthly reporting: spend, ROAS, conversions, next steps
Requirements Experience with fragrance, candles, beauty, or lifestyle brands Proven sales-driven portfolio (please include results!) Understanding of luxury branding & strong visual taste Good communication and clear performance tracking
Budget £250–£300per month for management (Ad spend separate — we will agree a starting daily budget together)
