I am seeking legal assistance on behalf of my husband regarding a clerical error in a court document.
My husband recently won a legal case against his ex-partner, in which a KC Judge ruled that he has full ownership of the property. The proceedings were concluded with a final sealed Default Judgment confirming that £2 million s to be paid to my husband.
However, the County Court at Central London appears to have made an administrative error in the final sealed judgment — the document incorrectly names his ex-partner as the Claimant. For this final judgment, my husband should correctly be identified as the Claimant.
