Expected duration: less than 1 week We are launching an AI-powered job application assistant that helps job-seekers apply faster and smarter. We are currently in beta and looking to onboard real paying testers at an introductory price of $1.99.
We need a Growth / User Acquisition Specialist who can:
Identify and reach job-seekers actively applying to roles
Run small-budget test campaigns (TikTok, Reddit, IG, LinkedIn groups, job-seeker Discords, etc.)
Generate targeted traffic and convert them into $1.99 early paid testers
Track performance and optimize for cost-effective conversions
Responsibilities:
Research and identify niche job-seeker communities online
Launch and test micro-campaigns to drive sign-ups
Set up landing funnel tracking (Google Analytics / Meta / TikTok Ads Manager)
Optimize conversion rate and reduce acquisition cost
Prepare weekly results and suggestions for messaging improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in early-stage or SaaS product user acquisition
Experience with paid ads and/or community-based marketing
Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analytics, conversion metrics
Ability to move fast, test small, iterate based on data
Nice to have:
Experience marketing job search, HR tech, career tools, or SaaS
Awareness of pricing psychology and conversion-based messaging
Deliverable:
First goal is to acquire 300 paying founding users
Clear learnings and documented successful acquisition channels
