Description:	We are an international student accommodation group seeking an experienced Cloudbeds Specialist to optimize our Cloudbeds implementation across our properties (Ozivillage and related student accommodation). Currently, Cloudbeds is underutilized, with many processes still handled manually via spreadsheets, emails, and Xero. We want to maximize Cloudbeds to create a seamless, automated guest journey, reduce manual admin, and integrate our finance and channel systems. Scope of Work: System Optimization: Review and optimize our Cloudbeds setup for student accommodation. Automate guest communications (pre-arrival, check-in, reminders, inspections, checkout). Build customized workflows for long-stay guests (recurring/fortnightly invoicing). Invoicing & Finance: Set up invoicing directly from Cloudbeds (guest invoices, agent invoices). Integrate Cloudbeds with Xero for financial reporting and collections. Channel Integration: Ensure smooth integration with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs. Standardize pricing and availability management across all platforms. Automation: Automate as many guest experience processes as possible (from enquiry ? booking ? payment ? stay ? checkout). Link with communication tools (email, WhatsApp, SMS where possible). Training: Provide staff training on best practices and daily use. Create simple SOPs and handover documents for ongoing operations. Requirements: Proven experience implementing or optimizing Cloudbeds for multi-property hospitality/student housing. Strong knowledge of automation, OTA integration, and financial workflows in Cloudbeds. Experience integrating Cloudbeds with Xero (directly or via Zapier/Make). Ability to streamline invoicing for long-term and short-term stays. Strong training and documentation skills. Deliverables: Optimized Cloudbeds platform, fully integrated with OTAs and Xero. Automated guest interaction workflows and invoicing processes. Training sessions for key staff with user-friendly documentation.
